THE FOREST OF KWELL

The Forest of Kwell, in land of Dresslon, was legendary. It was so dense that no one could map it or travel through it. Many had tried and go lost deep within, never to be found again. A small river winds its way between the trees ending up in a pool of crystal clear water that in turn lead into a cave. The water then filters down through the sediment into the caverns hundreds of feet below. Few had dared explore the caverns or fear of stranger the creatures and ghosts that inhabited them and killed any that ventured inside.

The trees in Kwell we said to be thousands of years old and reached hights of over one hundred meters. Many animals lived in the forest safe from being hunted by man, but the eco system did not keep them safe from each other. The forest was the perfect hiding place should one wish to live alone and not be found should one be brave enough to try it.
